Siemens US Talent Acquisition
Position Overview
The Manager will support product manufacture; change projects; and CAPAs
- Supervise a minimum of three direct reports
- Responsible for setting objectives, leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports to maximize business benefit and
foster growth and advancement of individuals
- Oversee and participate in troubleshooting of immunoassays on Centaur and Atellica platforms
- Contribute to and support reactive and proactive change projects
- Author QNs, TMDs, and PSRs, and provide direction to direct reports doing the same
- Collaborate with personnel from internal and external work centers to ensure progress is made in a timely, efficient, and collaborative manner
Required Experience and Skills
- Education: MS in related discipline with +5 years experience in a directly related field, or advanced degree, or
equivalent combination of education and experience
- Candidate must demonstrates a knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for supervised work
- Understanding of immunoassays
- Candidate must demonstrates understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action
- Must demonstrate successful completion of change projects and CAPAs
